Once a month, a meter readout showing the amount of electricity used and the billed charges—in addition to other information—is delivered after a Kansai Electric representative reads your meter.

  • 1Customer number

    This number is allocated for each contract between a customer and Kansai Electric. Use this customer number when making inquiries related to your electricity service.

  • 2Contract type

    This is the customer contract type.

  • 3Electricity consumption

    This section indicates the amount of electricity consumed in the current month. The meter reading from the previous month is subtracted from the current reading, and the remainder is the amount of electricity used in the current month.

  • 4Usage in same month of previous year and year-on-year comparison
  • 5Payment due

    This is the payment amount for the electricity bill.

  • 6Deduction date

    This is the date the billed amount will be deducted from your bank account.

  • 7Payment deadline

    The deadline is the 31st day from the date the meter was read.

  • 9Current and following month's fuel cost adjustment rate (according to fuel cost adjustment system)
