If Power Cuts Out Suddenly
If the electric power is suddenly interrupted, stay calm and check the situation carefully.
Please select one of the choices below to see information on how to proceed, according to the extent of power outage or the state of the breaker.
Where is the Power Outage Occurring?
What is the Extent of the Power Outage?
Check the Circuit Breaker Panel.
① Main breaker ② Circuit breakers
Check the Main Breaker.
When the main breaker is off, the switch may be either in the middle position or fully down.
① Main breaker ② Circuit breakers

Possible causes include “too high power consumption” and “temporary current leakage.”
Please consult an electrical construction shop regarding an increase in power capacity or repair of current leakage location.
There is a possibility of current leakage. Please consult an electrical construction shop.
Check which circuit has a current leakage!
If the main breaker is on but the switch stops in the middle position when a circuit breaker is raised (turned on), that circuit has a current leakage. The breaker for the circuit where the leakage is occurring cannot be used. Leave it in the down (off) position and consult an electrical construction shop. Other breakers can be used.
